Assisted Stretching Disclaimer
Assisted stretching is intended for general well-being and is not a medical treatment or a substitute for medical examinations or diagnoses.
Assisted stretching is NOT recommended for individuals who, in the last six weeks, have experienced sharp pain, inflammation, surgery, dizziness, extreme weight loss, and/or heart problems. If you are unsure, always consult a doctor before participating in assisted stretching activities.
By booking a session, I acknowledge that I understand the above information, agree to the Stretchr Terms and Conditions, and give consent to be stretched by a Stretchr trainer.
Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Stretchr Asia Pacific. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to be bound by any changes.
Operational Hours
Our operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week. Any messages sent outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day. All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated during our operational hours.
Age Restrictions
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over. By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Appointment Arrival
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to check in, change (if necessary), and prepare for your session.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If canceled or rescheduled with less than 3 hours’ notice, the full session fee will apply. No-shows will result in a 100% charge of the session fee.
Late Arrivals
Sessions are fixed at 60 minutes. If you arrive late, it may reduce the time available for your session, as the scheduled service duration will not be extended. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Late Arrivals by Stretchr
In the event that our trainer arrives late due to traffic or other factors beyond our control, we will provide the full session if your schedule permits. If our trainer is more than 15 minutes late and you cannot accommodate the full session, we will offer a rescheduled session with a 30% discount.
Late Arrivals Due to Client Miscommunication
If the trainer is delayed due to incorrect information provided by the client (e.g., wrong address or location), we are not liable. We will still provide the full session if possible; otherwise, the session will be shortened according to the original appointment time.
Health Conditions
Please inform us of any health conditions or injuries that may affect your session. Trainers reserve the right to refuse service if they believe it could pose a risk to your health.
Payment
For home services, payment can be made via cash or bank transfer. For studio services, we also accept credit cards. Any outstanding payments resulting from cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows must be settled before further services can be booked.
Personal Belongings
Stretchr is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio. We advise against bringing valuable items. A shared cabinet is available for guests to store belongings, which will remain in view during the session.
Price and Currency
All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes and service charges. While we strive to maintain current pricing, we reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
Non-Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the re-supply of the services or payment for the cost of the services. We accept no liability for any loss, including consequential loss, arising from the services or products we provide.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
